Our Client, a luxury travel company of ocean experts, designing unique travel experiences for groups, private travellers and couples, is seeking to recruit an energetic, curious, creative, detailed, entrepreneurial & solution-oriented IT & Digital Marketing Specialist . The successful candidate will analyse & improve SEO rankings, create social media campaigns, technical support to the office team, and oversee the company’s database and overall IT infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
Manage the company’s database, implementing strategies for subscriber growth. Engage with vendors, conduct thorough research, and assess products to aid in equipment and system software procurement, installation, and configuration. Install and set up computer hardware, authorised software, networks, printers, scanners, and provide comprehensive IT and hardware support to the team. Manage office hardware inventory, including laptops, printers, iPads, phones, TVs, routers, access points, UPS systems, Alexa, and Bluetooth speakers. Manage office software functionality and access, including MS Office for Windows and MAC, QuickBooks, external drives, backups, internet subscriptions, website domains, Google Workspace, among others. Stay updated with current technologies, applications, and design tools. Design and execute Social Media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Create copy and visuals for social media. Track SEO performance and Google Analytics data. Optimise websites for search engines (on-page SEO) and ensure their effective operation. Oversee property listings across various online platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Kross Booking, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and forwarding confirmed/more complex bookings to the office team.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BBIT/IT/Computer Science preferred. 2-5 years of experience in an Information Technology role. Excellent written and spoken English. Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS and PHP is a plus. Comfortable working with CMS such as Zoho, WordPress, etc. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Must be comfortable to commute to the office for at least one full day per week. Attention to detail with an excellent analytic and research background. Cheerful, articulate, and positive attitude.Important Safety Tips
