JamboPay is an electronic payments platform that enables businesses, governments ,non government organizations and individuals to securely make and receive payments over mobile, web, banks and a network of physical agents.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Maintain and organize a comprehensive database of all contracts and legal documents.Legal Research and Analysis:
Conduct legal research on various topics as required by the legal team. Analyze legal information and provide summaries and recommendations.Compliance:
Assist in ensuring the Jambopay’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Help in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation.Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the legal department. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. A valid practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain one. Some experience in a legal environment (internships, placements, or entry-level positions) is preferred. Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.Skills and Competences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
