JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the e-Learning Development Manager, this key position will be responsible for developing learning content for courses and e-Learning collaterals using the latest e-Learning development authoring tools and software while adhering to prescribed development processes and standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creates and maintains learner-centered multimedia and technology-enhanced eLearning materials including but not limited to SCORM e-learning courses (including simulations and gamified eModules), learning objects (graphical assets, reference materials, static and interactive guides, etc.), animations and videos, as well as assessments to achieve the department’s targets and goals.
2. Applies principles of both instructional and visual design to create materials that facilitate effective learning experiences.
3. Contributes to storyboarding, outlining, or other instructional design activities, if appropriate.
4. Ensures quality of eLearning materials developed by adhering to quality standards and defined requirements.
5. Participates in peer reviews and provides recommendations for continuous improvement of e-learning materials’ quality.
6. Contributes to determining technical approaches and creative treatments in the development of the e-learning material to address identified and future concerns.
7. Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
8. Performs complete e-learning development cycle from creation, to protype testing, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with the prescribed timelines and defined productivity parameters to ensure attainment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
9. Troubleshoots video- and SCORM-related issues and support LMS integration.
10. Stay up to date on eLearning trends, tools, and best practices.
11. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
12.Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
13.Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
14.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
▪ Bachelor’s Degree preferably relating to Information Technology, Education, Graphical Arts, and Instructional Design courses
Experience
▪ At least 1 year relevant and related experience in e-learning and multi-media development
Eligibility (Training, License, Certification)
▪ Preferably with training/certifications on e-learning development
