- Sell trainings while consistently achieving set revenue targets, meeting both minimum sales standards and overall performance benchmarks as established by the Head of Sales.
- Maintain a healthy active pipeline by continuously identifying, tracking and nurturing new business opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of set targets.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to provide actionable insights and feedback to the Head of Sales while ensuring continuous improvement in client engagement strategies.
- Manage and grow a robust client portfolio through daily face-to-face visits, corporate presentations, timely and meaningful engagement with both current and prospective clients to uncover new opportunities while advancing the sales process.
- Maintain prioritized accurate account notes and contact history across the entire portfolio with a proactive and timely outreach to all contacts in line with established account management guidelines.
- Build a sustainable strong client relationship by reaching out through multiple communication channels including phone calls, emails, mailings and seminars to consistently communicate new opportunities while extending existing initiatives within the company.
- Work closely with center staff to deliver the high level of service required for ongoing customer satisfaction ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally at every touch point.
- Collaborate with the support teams to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings that align with business growth objectives and client needs.
- Actively support customer acquisition efforts through trade shows, email marketing campaigns, online webinars and seminar events contributing to the overall expansion of the company's client base.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality written presentations, proposals, price quotations tailored to the specific needs of each client thus ensuring professionalism and accuracy at every stage of the sales process.
- Submit accurate weekly sales forecasts to the General Manager along with detailed daily, weekly, monthly pipeline and sales reports to achieve full transparency and alignment with established reporting guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree Sales or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years successful direct sales experience in technology or training, with a focus on SaaS platforms and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ability to sell in a team environment.
- Must be able to learn computer software necessary to accomplish the administrative tasks required in the position including word processor, contract manager, electronic mail package and registration package.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a plus
