General Purpose
Our client, a leading player in the automotive industry, is urgently seeking to recruit a highly driven and results oriented Key Accounts Representative – Vehicle Parts Sales to be responsible for driving corporate sales growth by marketing, sourcing, and selling motor vehicle parts including tyres, batteries, spark plugs, wipers, filters, lubricants, and other automotive components.

Location: Nairobi Region | Gross Salary: Ksh. 60,000 + Applicable Commuter Allowance

Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage key corporate accounts to drive sustainable sales growth. 
• Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals. 
• Market and sell automotive spare parts while accurately identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, transport companies, garages, dealers, and other corporate clients. 
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and sales proposals. 
• Handle customer inquiries by confirming product availability, compatibility, specifications, and pricing using electronic catalogues and inventory systems. 
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and sales documentation while ensuring timely order processing. 
• Follow up aggressively on quotations, pending orders, and customer payments to maximize conversion rates. 
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. 
• Monitor inventory levels, identify fast-moving products, and support replenishment planning. 
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and account activity within company systems. 
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer buying behaviour to identify new business opportunities. 
• Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining excellent service standards. 
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets. 
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) in any field of study. 
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, preferably managing corporate or key accounts. 
• Experience in automotive spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, or related products will be a strong advantage. 
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
• Outgoing, confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. 
• Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
