Lecturer - Geospatial Web Development, Topographic Mapping and Geovisualization

Job Specifications

For appointment to Lecturer Grade XIIA, an Officer MUST have:

• An earned PhD, or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant area from a recognized / accredited University;
  
• Must have at least three (3) years' teaching experience at University level or three (3) years' experience in research or in industry;
  
• A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers;
  
• Be registered or registrable with the relevant professional body (where applicable);
  
• A valid practicing professional certificate (where applicable); and
  
• Demonstrated potential for teaching and research.
  

Method of Application

TERMS OF SERVICE

The Terms of Service for the positions shall be Permanent and Pensionable. However, the Terms of Service for the position of Chief Internal Auditor shall be on five (5) years contract renewable once subject to performance.
