Job specificationFor appointment to this position, one must have: -A PhD degree in relevant area of specialization from a recognized and accredited University;ORA Master’s degree in addition to a first degree from a recognized University plus at least three (3) years of teaching experience at University level degree and at least two (2) publications in refereed journal(s) (Minimum publication score four (4) points as per the MMaraUPublications Grading structure).
