Job Description/Requirements
Our client a leading aquaculture farm in Kenya is seeking to hire a Corporate Affairs Legal Associate. The successful candidate will be tasked with Preparing and reviewing corporate agreements, leases, contracts and other documents, undertaking due diligence for the investments team and processing of legal documents or review of various internal company policies. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Law and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Affairs or Legal Associate for a business.
Key Requirements:
• Preparing and reviewing corporate agreements, leases, contracts and other documents
• Undertaking due diligence for the investments team.
• Processing of legal documents or review of various internal company policies.
• Managing applications for permits, licenses, immigration applications, special projects research
• Undertaking due diligence for the investments team.
• Archive management of sensitive company documents.
Qualifications
• Must have a degree in Law.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Affairs or Legal Associate for a business.
• Should have a passion for finding insights in data and driving rapid in-depth conclusions on those insights.
• Strong working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent work ethic.
Monthly Gross Salary: Kes. 55,000
