Responsibilities

Carrying out loan appraisal, assessment, and loan processing. Preparing daily group status reports. Customer screening, recruitment, and training. Service delivery through group and customer visits Managing risks to achieve a quality portfolio. Carrying out market analysis to identify potential customers. Ensuring data entry accuracy.

Qualifications

Over 2 year’s experience working as a Loan officer. Diploma/Degree in a relevant field. At least 2 years of riding (Motorcycle) experience. Good Communication skills Excellent organizing abilities. Excellent analytical skills. Great with numbers and figures. Good digital literacy skills.
