Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and dispatch.

· Schedule and manage deliveries to hotels, lodges, and distributors in line with client orders.

· Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory reconciliations.

· Ensure packaging, labeling, and dispatch processes meet company and client quality standards.

· Monitor production output and align dispatch schedules with production capacity.

· Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory levels, delivery status, and logistics performance.

· Support procurement activities by tracking material usage and reporting shortages.

· Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and operational policies in the warehouse and production areas.

· Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and servicing of delivery vehicles and logistics equipment.

· Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for better workflow and cost management.

Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics or operations within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Knowledge of local distribution routes and logistics practices.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
