We are looking for a manager to run day to day operations of an Insurance Agency.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Build and lead a high-performance distribution team.
- Manage the back-office team, underwriting, claims and customer service.
- Drive business growth through agency, sub-agent networks and digital platforms.
- Define roles and refine existing agency structure.
- Handle regulatory documentation, follow-up, and compliance procedures.
- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy.
- Enhance agency operations, CRM systems, and policies for the agency.
- Enhance partnerships with insurers.
- Negotiate products access and commercial terms.
- Plan 3–5-year business growth strategy.
- Design and set (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics and reporting structures.
- 5+ years in the insurance sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or distribution role.
- Strong commercial experience in insurance sales or distribution and insurance partnerships
- Experience in underwriting, customer servicing and claims management.
- Proven success in launching new business lines or growing agencies.
- Current or former roles in insurance agencies, brokerages, bancassurance teams, or Insurtechs.
- Should have previous work experience with major insurance companies.
