JOB TITLE: MARKETING & CONTENT INTERN
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Shoot Planning & Coordination


  • Assist in pre-production planning, including developing shot lists, selecting locations, and preparing products or apartments for shoots.
  • Coordinate logistics on shoot days—confirm schedules, organize materials, help set up scenes, and ensure all required content (videos, reels, photos) is captured.


Social Media Content Creation & Management


  • Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including reels, short videos, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms to produce high-quality, eye-catching content.


Daily Social Media Operations


  • Assist in planning and implementing a consistent posting schedule for both the Property and Furniture divisions.
  • Monitor page performance, engage with followers, respond to messages, and identify trends that can boost engagement.


TikTok Strategy Development & Execution


  • Support the Marketing Manager in brainstorming, scripting, and producing TikTok videos that align with growth objectives.
  • Analyze TikTok performance analytics and help optimize content to increase views, reach, and follower growth.


Influencer Research & Collaboration Support


  • Identify influencers whose audience aligns with company Property and Furniture brands.
  • Assist in outreach, coordinate communication, track deliverables, and ensure collaboration timelines are met.


Content Library Management


  • Organize and maintain a structured digital content library that includes photos, videos, artwork, and templates for both business divisions.
  • Ensure content is properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible for ongoing campaigns.


Digital Marketing & Website Support


  • Assist with updating website content, product descriptions, and blog posts in line with SEO best practices.
  • Help develop basic keyword research to support ongoing SEO improvements.


Market & Trend Research


  • Conduct regular research on competitors, industry trends, social media shifts, and real estate/home décor content styles.
  • Share insights and propose new content concepts or strategies based on findings.


KEY REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in social media, digital marketing, or creative content
  • Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and tools like Canva or CapCut
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently
