Key Responsibilities
● Outbound Outreach & Cold Emailing:
o Manage and execute cold email sequences, ensuring high deliverability and professional follow-ups.
o Maintain and update the CRM with lead data and engagement history.
● Social Media Management:
o Curate and post high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook that reflects a "luxury leisure" aesthetic.
o Engage with followers and monitor industry trends to keep our brand relevant.
o Assist in creating basic visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
● Business Development Support:
o Prepare marketing collateral, presentations, and digital brochures for pitches.
o Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Experience: 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or sales support (experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is a significant plus).
● Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a "global" tone—capable of writing sophisticated copy.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in email automation tools (e.g., Mailgun, Apollo, Lemlist, or HubSpot), social media scheduling tools, and CRM management.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Soft Skills: High level of organization, ability to work independently across time zones, and a "go-getter" attitude toward lead generation.
