Job Purpose: We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company, generating new business opportunities and strengthening our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Identify and apply for relevant tenders and business opportunities.
  
• Prepare and coordinate tender documents and submissions.
  
• Identify and reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients.
  
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content.
  
• Design professional flyers, brochures, company profiles and marketing booklets.
  
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  
• Create and maintain a database of potential clients and business leads.
  
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to generate new business.
  
• Prepare marketing reports and provide regular feedback on business development activities.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, business development or a similar role.
  
• Proven experience in tender applications will be an added advantage.
  
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  
• Ability to use Canva or other graphic design tools.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong computer skills and good attention to detail.
  
• Self-driven, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
  
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
