Job Summary

We aim to provide competitive services in the real estate market. We have ventured into various selling and managing retail, residential, and commercial properties, Land, valuation, consultancy, IT Solutions, Water and Repair, and maintenance services. The incumbent is expected to develop and Implement Marketing Strategies that will help the company convert clients, create relevant content that is engaging and persuasive, provide marketing support to agents, and ensure effective communication between marketing and sales teams.

Job Description/Requirements


1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

- Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's services.

- Utilize market research to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.

- Manage the firm's website, ensuring it is up-to-date with property listings and relevant content.

- Utilize social media platforms and digital advertising to reach potential clients.

3. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including brochures, websites, and social media.

- Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.

4. Brand Management:

- Maintain and enhance the firm's brand image.

- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

5. Event Planning:

- Organize and coordinate events to showcase properties, such as open houses, property tours, and community events.

6. Market Analysis:

- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support decision-making.

7. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

8. Client Communication:

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Provide marketing support to agents and ensure effective communication between marketing and sales teams.



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus.


7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Analytical Skills:

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.


Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing approaches.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and project management skills.
