Duties and Responsibilities:

o Conducting thorough market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviour of potential customers in Zanzibar;
o Identifying target audiences and developing tailored marketing strategies;
o Analysing competitor activity and market trends.
● Brand Management:
o Building and maintaining a strong brand image that resonates with the local population;
o Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
● Field Marketing:
o Conducting face-to-face interactions with potential customers;
o Outreaching to places with possible clients.
● Digital Marketing:
o Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, SEO, and online advertising;
o Managing the company's website and online presence;
o Utilizing digital tools to track campaign performance and gather data.
● Content Creation:
o Creating engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, videos, articles, and social media posts, to educate the public about the benefits of solar energy;
o Developing marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
● Sales Support:
o Collaborating with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts;
o Generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
● Public Relations and Community Engagement:
o Building relationships with local media and community leaders;
o Organizing and participating in community events to raise awareness about solar energy.

Key Requirements
- Diploma/ degree in sales & marketing or any related field
- At least 3 years of expereince in similar role
- Willing to relocate to Zanzibar.
