ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for delivering excellent in-store execution of World Brands’ confectionery and stationery portfolio in Modern Trade outlets, ensuring availability, visibility, correct pricing, planogram compliance, and expiry control to drive sell-out.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Visit assigned MT outlets strictly as per approved route plans and schedules.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and compliant with planograms and Perfect Store standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and escalate out-of-stock risks, slow movers, and near-expiry stocks promptly.
  • Enforce FEFO (First Expiry First Out) and support stock rotation and transfers.
  • Execute POSM, promotions, and price communication accurately and on time.
  • Support Sales in achieving sell-out and visibility targets.
  • Track and report competitor activity and market insights.
  • Build strong working relationships with store management and staff.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports on coverage, stock, expiries, and execution.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Outlet coverage vs route plan.
  • On-shelf availability.
  • Planogram / Perfect Store compliance.
  • Expiry and near-expiry escalation compliance.
  • POSM & promotion execution.
  • Reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Attendance and punctuality.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years FMCG merchandising experience (MT preferred).
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills. 
  • High level of personal drive, ownership, and accountability. 
  • Good planning and route management capability. 
  • Strong numerical and stock management discipline. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Physically fit; able to handle shelf work.
