DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Operations

·       Pick up and deliver orders accurately and within the required timelines.

·       Verify delivery details before dispatch.

·       Obtain proof of delivery where required.

·       Report any delivery challenges promptly.

Route Planning & Navigation

·       Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays.

·       Demonstrate a strong understanding of Nairobi roads and traffic patterns.

·       Use the safest and most efficient routes for deliveries.

 Customer Service

·       Interact with customers courteously and professionally.

·       Handle customer deliveries with care and respect.

·       Represent the company positively at all times.

 Motorcycle Care & Maintenance

·       Perform daily inspections of the assigned motorbike.

·       Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working condition.

·       Report mechanical issues immediately.

·       Ensure the bike is serviced according to schedule.

 Safety & Compliance

·       Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

·       Wear the required protective gear while on duty.

·       Safeguard company property and entrusted goods.

·       Comply with all company policies and procedures.

 Documentation & Reporting

·       Maintain accurate delivery records.

·       Submit completed delivery documentation on time.

·       Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·       Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Motorbike Delivery Rider.

·       Valid motorcycle riding license with a clean riding record.

·       Good knowledge of Nairobi routes.

·       Professional, responsible, and punctual.

·       Strong navigation skills.

·       Good communication and customer service skills.

·       Time management and reliability.

·       Ability to work independently.

·       Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
