Job Description/Requirements
On behalf of our esteemed clients, a leading company in the motorcycle tyres industry seeking a driven and experienced stationery sales executive to join our dynamic team, you will be responsible for selling motorcycle tyres.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain and foster relationships with customers ensuring the customer's needs are being met.
- Create account targets and develop strategies to convert non-supporting customers into clients.
- Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary.
- Actively manage schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records; including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Roofing Product Manager .
Qualifications
- Two(2) years of Wholesales Sales Representative related experience,.
- Added advantage to those working or worked with Motorcycle Spares
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Fluent in English and Swahili language.
- The personable and friendly tone of voice.
- Ability to handle being rejected by customers and remain calm and collected.
- Trustworthy, professional, and reliable when dealing with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
