Knows different varieties of seeds and types of soils.
Understand grafting procedures.
Attention to details.
Ag between 24 Yrs. – 28Yrs.
Roles and responsibilities:
Selection of seeds and seedlings.
Prepare the nursery unit.
Grafting and testing of seeds.
Transferring seedlings from nursery to farm.
Advice customers on planting conditions, pesticides, fertilizer and how to plant.
Keep records on seeds, inputs and outputs.
Assist in farm research on seeds and yield produced.
