- Educate customers on product features, benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatment solutions.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
- Conduct nutrition, wellness, skincare, and beauty consultations.
- Assess customer concerns and provide professional recommendations based on individual needs and goals.
- Offer guidance on healthy eating habits, supplementation, skincare routines, and overall wellness practices.
- Monitor customer progress and provide follow-up support where necessary.
- Ensure customers receive accurate, ethical, and evidence-based advice.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and emerging wellness and beauty solutions.
- Participate in product training sessions and continuous professional development programs.
- Train customers and internal teams on product usage, benefits, and best practices when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Build trust and credibility through professional consultations and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and consultation notes where applicable.
- Prepare sales and customer activity reports as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and professional standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Nutrition Science, Beauty Therapy Cosmetology
- Minimum of 2 years; experience in supplements, cosmetics, skincare, wellness, or related industries.
- Proven experience in customer consultation, product promotion, and sales support.
- Experience working in retail, wellness centers, beauty clinics, pharmacies, or cosmetic outlets is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements, skincare, cosmetics, and wellness products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
