Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintaining office records, files, and databases
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors
- Supporting management with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years and above experience in an administrative role
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and integrity
