JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT/SUPERVISOR

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS.25,000-30,000

JOB LOCATION: MOMBASA ROAD


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Supervision

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Supervise field staff and housekeeping teams to maintain service quality standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.


Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Allocate duties and manage staff schedules.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
  • Address minor disciplinary issues and escalate when necessary.


Quality Control & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Identify service gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Enforce health and safety guidelines in all operational areas.


Logistics & Field Support

  • Coordinate movement of staff and materials within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers when necessary.


Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a point of contact for operational concerns from clients.
  • Resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients and partners.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in any discipline (Housekeeping experience is an added advantage).
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or operations experience is preferred.
  • Minimum KCSE grade of D+.
  • Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be 27 years and above.
  • Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
