Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Acquisition & Network Building
- Identify, recruit, and onboard recruiters, staffing agencies, and career coaches in the US
- Build a scalable partner pipeline across:
- Independent recruiters
- Recruiting firms
- Career coaches & consultants
- Workforce development organizations
- Develop onboarding frameworks to ensure partners are activated quickly and effectively
2. Product Pitching & Partner Enablement
- Pitch the Work Ready Program as a value-add solution for recruiters and career coaches
- Clearly communicate:
- Candidate readiness insights
- Talent quality improvement
- Placement success outcomes
- Train partners on how to:
- Position the product to candidates
- Integrate it into their recruitment/coaching workflows
- Drive conversions and referrals
3. Revenue & Growth Management
- Drive partner-led sales and revenue growth
- Design and implement partner incentive structures and commission models
- Track performance metrics:
- Partner acquisition
- Activation rates
- Revenue contribution
- Continuously optimize the partner funnel
4. Market Expansion – United States
- Develop and execute a US market entry and growth strategy
- Leverage networks within:
- Talent acquisition
- HR communities
- Recruiting platforms
- Identify high-potential segments (e.g. early career, career switchers, job seekers)
5. Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
- Gather feedback to improve product positioning and partner experience
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience
- 5+ years experience in one or more of the following:
- Partnerships / Business Development
- Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
- HR / Workforce Development
- Proven experience working with or within US-based companies or talent markets
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, or managing partners / affiliates / vendors
2. Skills
- Strong sales and pitching ability (B2B and partner-led sales)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and scale networks from scratch
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
