zEmerge Egress Consulting is a Management and Training Consulting established in (herein referred as EEC). EEC specializes in offering tailored and proficient HR Management training and team building services. We examine issues of concern in depth and we have specialized in training which looks at the demand for potential success of Government, Local Government, Religious Bodies, Private Organizations, NGO’s, Voluntary Organizations and Community Organizations as well as the Private Sector.

Role Objective

A young manufacturing company seeks a flexible yet consistent individual that is able to identify the gaps and meet the needs so as to increase the operational efficiency.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Organizing and diarizing the Director’s calendar, diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings in a pro-active and efficient manner. Preparing briefs, minutes , presentations, and reports for meetings. Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed. Liaising with all authorities, departments, vendors and other stakeholders . In charge of data management and filing. Preparing for all logistical details such as travel, visas, travel itinerary, agenda, logistics and accommodation for business trips and, occasionally, traveling with the Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. Attending to mail, phone calls and other corporate communication tools on behalf of the Director. Oversee day to day running of the office. Represent the Managing Director and management in various meetings etc. Takes on a keen leadership and management role. Preparation of schedules, meetings, equipment etc Ensure all administrative work is handled effectively. Any other duties as allocated.

Job Specifications

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communication or related area. At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
