- 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality department
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage and guest assistance duties
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional
- Customer service oriented
- Assisting guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escorting guests to their rooms
- Providing information about hotel services and facilities
- Supporting the front office and housekeeping departments as needed
- Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
