- Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
- Must be mobile and flexible to move around for shopping and supplier visits
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to compare prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision

- Identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating prices
- Ensuring timely delivery of required items
