Job Summary
This role involves facilitating engaging learning sessions, supporting learners throughout the training process, and ensuring training objectives align with organizational goals. The Project Training Facilitator collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to adapt training materials, assess learning outcomes, and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Facilitate Industry Specific Soft Skills or Entrepreneurship training sessions for young professionals (Insurance/Agriculture/Hospitality/Factories/Manufacturing).
● Engage with participants, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.
● Share practical insights and real-world experiences to enhance training impact.
● Provide feedback and assess participants' understanding of course content.
● Ensure learning approaches and activities accommodate diverse learner needs, including assistive techniques and accessibility.
● Support with the development of industry focused soft skills or entrepreneurship training materials
● Ensure accurate attendance data is collected for all participants in each training session
● Provide continuous feedback on the training effectiveness and propose improvements
● Oversee learning sessions end to end and the compilation of incident reports.

● Completion of training activities within established timelines.
Key Skills & Competencies
● At least 2 years of experience in managing Learning and Development activities within project-based or cross-functional teams, youth skilling programs, or workforce development initiatives, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs.
● Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
● Strong background in curriculum development, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
● Familiarity with employability skills training, digital skilling, and competency-based training models is highly preferred.
● Strong ability to assess learning needs, design training programs, and deliver effective learning solutions.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience with blended learning approaches (in-person, online, and hybrid formats).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
