Job Summary
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our furniture products meet high standards of quality and safety. You’ll inspect materials and finished products, ensure compliance with standards, and help improve our processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Inspect Products: Check raw materials and finished furniture to ensure they meet quality standards.
● Ensure Compliance: Follow industry standards and company policies to keep products safe and up to code.
● Improve Processes: Find and fix issues in the production process. Work with the team to make improvements.
● Document Work: Keep accurate records of inspections and quality checks. Report on quality issues and improvements.
● Manage Suppliers: Check the quality of materials from suppliers and work with them to resolve any problems.
● Train Staff: Teach production staff about quality standards and best practices.
● Handle Customer Feedback: Resolve quality-related customer complaints and use feedback to improve products.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., CQE) are a plus.
● Experience: At least 3 years in quality assurance, preferably in furniture or manufacturing.
● Skills: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
● Proficient with quality management tools.
● Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards and safety regulations for furniture.
● Abilities: Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
● Good organizational skills.
