Job summary
Our client is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team in Nairobi.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence and deliveries
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
