- Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain proper records where required.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, printing, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth guest experience and operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Assist in event coordination and guest support during functions and conferences.
