Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of organic farming programmes at the field level.
- Train and guide farmers on organic practices, standards, and compliance.
- Monitor programme activities and prepare regular field reports.
- Liaise with local stakeholders to strengthen adoption of organic methods.
- Provide feedback to programme management on challenges and successes.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience in field extension services or community-based agricultural projects.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural settings.
- Knowledge of organic certification standards is an added advantage.
