We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Accountant to join our finance team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring tax compliance.

Job descriptions & requirements
- CPA (K) qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, and Tally accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash fl ow management.
- Experience in preparing statutory returns, including VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHI SHIF, and other tax obligations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cost of sales analy is is an added advantage.
