Job summary

We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Waiter(ress) with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a Food and Beverage Service Certificate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining services to guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience while upholding the hotel’s quality standards.

Job descriptions & requirements

      • Key Responsibilities
        • Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
        • Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as per hotel standards.
        • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., faulty equipment, damages, or safety hazards) and report them promptly to the supervisor.
        • Replenish supplies such as drinking water, toiletries, and minibar items where applicable.
        • Ensure cleaning trolleys and storage areas are well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
        • Follow hotel health, hygiene, and safety regulations strictly.
        • Assist with laundry services where required.
        • Respond promptly and politely to guest requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
        • Adhere to hotel policies regarding lost and found items.
        • Support housekeeping team with deep cleaning schedules and special projects.

        Qualifications & Skills
        • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 3-star or similar hotel environment.
        • Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
        • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
        • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and handle cleaning tasks for long hours.
        • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
