- Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as per hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., faulty equipment, damages, or safety hazards) and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Replenish supplies such as drinking water, toiletries, and minibar items where applicable.
- Ensure cleaning trolleys and storage areas are well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Follow hotel health, hygiene, and safety regulations strictly.
- Assist with laundry services where required.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding lost and found items.
- Support housekeeping team with deep cleaning schedules and special projects.
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 3-star or similar hotel environment.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and handle cleaning tasks for long hours.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
