Tourlast is hiring a Sales Executive to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships. We're looking for a motivated, target-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving results.

- Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Tourlast's Property Management System (PMS) to hotels, lodges, apartments, and other accommodation providers
- Identify and engage prospective accommodation partners across Kenya and other African markets.
- Onboard new properties and guide suppliers through the setup and activation process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners and leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Represent Tourlast at industry events, meetings, and client visits as required.
- Travel within Kenya and other African countries to support business development activities.
- Compensation
- Commission-based compensation for every successfully onboarded property, with attractive earning potential based on performance.
- Requirements.
- Kenyan citizen or legally authorized to work in Kenya.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in sales within the travel, hospitality, hotel, OTA, or related industry.
- Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or Channel Managers is an added advantage.
- Existing relationships within the hospitality industry across Kenya or Africa will be an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
