Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Agent.

• Salary: KSh 25,000 retainer plus commission

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Marketing

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales or marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the client base.

• Promote products and services to potential customers through direct engagement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after‑sales support.

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
