The Sales and Marketing Manager is the engine behind the facility's growth and sustainability. This role bridges the gap between the workshop and the customer, focusing on increasing productivity, building fleet partnerships, and ensuring the brand remains the top choice for local vehicle owners.
Core Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and secure service contracts with corporate fleets, ride-share companies, and local businesses etc.
Campaign Management: Design and execute seasonal promotions across social media, email, and SMS.
Customer Retention: Manage the CRM database to automate service reminders and follow up on "lost" customers to improve lifetime value.
Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics like Average Repair Order (ARO), customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates for service recommendations.
Brand Presence: Oversee the shop’s online reputation, ensuring high ratings on Google/Social media platforms and responding professionally to customer feedback.
Requirement- Experience: 3+ years in automotive service sales or retail marketing.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle systems to explain services convincingly.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with Service Center Management Systems (CMS) and CRM tools.
- Communication: Ability to translate "mechanic-speak" into benefits for the customer.
- Excellent team and customer management skills.
