SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE( HOTEL INDUSTRY)
Job summary
You’re responsible for filling rooms and banquet spaces. This role blends outside sales, account management, and digital marketing to drive direct revenue for the hotel. You’ll own corporate accounts, MICE leads, OTAs, and local partnerships while making sure the hotel’s brand looks sharp online and offline.

2. Revenue & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and occupancy to adjust strategy
- Support the Revenue Manager with forecasting and rate recommendations
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets in the CRM
- Identify new market segments and opportunities in the local area
3. Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
- Manage hotel listings on OTAs: http://Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda. Ensure rates, photos, and descriptions are updated
- Coordinate with marketing agency or in-house team on social media, Google Ads, and email campaigns
- Create promotional materials, sales collaterals, and content for campaigns
- Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback on TripAdvisor, Google, OTA platforms
4. Events & Relationship Management
- Plan and execute sales trips, roadshows, fam trips, and client events
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Build relationships with DMCs, travel agents, airlines, and local businesses
- Work with F&B and Events teams to ensure client expectations are met post-booking
5. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, market reports, and activity logs
- Maintain accurate client database in CRM like Opera, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Ensure all contracts, correspondence, and agreements are filed correctly
#### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in hotel sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Basic digital marketing knowledge.
