Job summary
You will drives revenue by maximizing occupancy and promoting hotel services (rooms, conferences, dining) to target markets. Develop strategic marketing plans, lead sales initiatives, manage brand reputation, and analyze competitor activity to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agents, and group bookings.
- Drive room sales, conference bookings, and events business.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Oversee content creation for promotional materials and advertisements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients and agencies.
- Ensure high client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Lead and guide the sales and marketing team .
- Prepare regular reports on revenue, forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a sales and marketing manager in the hospitality industry .
- Proven track record of driving sales, bookings, and partnerships.
- Strong digital marketing skills .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
