This rolecombines lead generation, consultative B2B sales, and relationship buildingwith business owners and senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate isenergetic, resilient, reliable and passionate about growing businessopportunities in the professional services sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities§ Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and events§ Identify and prospect organizations that require recruitment and training services§ Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring or leadership development needs§ Present the company’s recruitment and training solutions to decision-makers§ Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements§ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals§ Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularly§ Build long-term client relationships with various professionals and business leaders§ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Minimum Requirements§ Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field§ Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in the service industry (mandatory)§ Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets§ Strong communication skills in English and Swahili§ Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills§ Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently Preferred§ Experience selling HR, recruitment, consulting, or training services
