Position: Sales / Business Development ConsultantLocation: Nairobi, Kenya Compensation:Basic Salary: KES 50,000Commission: Attractive commission on closed dealsAccelerator: Higher commission rates on exceeded targetsA leading Recruitment & Corporate Training Services company in East Africa is seeking highly motivated Sales / Business Development Consultants to drive new client acquisition for our services. This role combines lead generation, consultative B2B sales, and relationship building with business owners and senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate is energetic, resilient, reliable and passionate about growing business opportunities in the professional services sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and eventsIdentify and prospect organizations that require recruitment and training servicesConduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring or leadership development needsPresent the company’s recruitment and training solutions to decision-makersPrepare proposals, quotations, and service agreementsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing dealsMaintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularlyBuild long-term client relationships with various professionals and business leadersAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years B2B sales experience in the service industry (mandatory)Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication skills in English and SwahiliExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong self-discipline and ability to work independentlyPreferred Experience selling HR, recruitment, consulting, or training services
