This role demands a visionary leader who combines commercial acumen with relationship-building excellence, entrepreneurial energy, and a deep understanding of Nairobi’s dynamic landscape. You will build high-performing sales systems, lead a culture of accountability and innovation, and represent KPH as a brand ambassador at key industry events. Your impact will extend beyond bookings — you will define our market presence, unlock new revenue streams, and help build a legacy of excellence in lifestyle hospitality.
- Own and accelerate top-line revenue growth across all key segments: corporate, leisure, events, weddings, golf, diaspora travel, safari extensions, and brand partnerships.
- Design and execute bold, data-driven sales strategies aligned with Nairobi’s evolving hospitality ecosystem.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with corporates, embassies, travel agents, wedding planners, event curators, golf networks, and international tour operators.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations that maximize margins and occupancy while ensuring long-term client retention.
- Develop and manage a disciplined, measurable sales pipeline with clear conversion targets and performance tracking.
- Serve as KPH’s brand ambassador at industry events, expos, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team — fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and Community teams to align strategy and execution.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities — including remote workers, tech conferences, wellness retreats, destination weddings, and safari partnerships.
