Job Description/Requirements
- Territory Leadership: Own and grow the market share across your assigned territory.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans using bundled and packaged solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
- Product Advocacy: Promote key products and ensure successful launches by targeting the right customer segments.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments. Provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Product Demonstration & Training: Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Advanced English communication skills, enabling clear, persuasive, and effective interactions across diverse stakeholders.
- Over 3 years of proven success in sales, consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets in competitive environments.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A team-oriented, self-driven mindset, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional relationship management abilities, with a track record of building and sustaining long-term client partnerships.
- A target-focused and solution-oriented approach, committed to delivering value and driving profitable growth
- Driving license with three year experience.
