Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales (B2B or B2C experience is an added advantage)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
