Job Title: Sales Executive – Fertilizers

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Promote and sell fertilizers and crop protection products within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute structured territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify and onboard new agro-dealers, distributors, and strategic farming accounts.
- Expand market coverage through proactive field visits and relationship building.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agro-dealers, distributors, and large-scale farmers.
- Provide agronomic guidance on product application and usage best practices.
- Ensure consistent after-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Product Promotion & Demonstrations
- Organize field demonstrations, farmer trainings, and promotional activities.
- Support seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with product usage and safety guidelines.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide structured feedback to management on product performance and demand trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field.
- 3–4 years’ sales experience in fertilizers and crop protection products (agro-chemicals).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of fertilizers, soil nutrition, and crop protection products.
- Territory planning and sales forecasting capability.
- Ability to interpret agricultural product specifications and usage guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Behavioral Competencies

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
