Our client, a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company based in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to promote and distribute sanitary towels within assigned territories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring product availability and visibility across the assigned market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and onboard new customers (retail shops, chemists, supermarkets, distributors, schools, etc.)
- Conduct market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Promote new products and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure proper merchandising and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit sales reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ FMCG sales experience (experience in hygiene/sanitary products is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
