 Our client, a growing provider of professional cleaning, pest control and hygiene solutions, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to drive business growth, acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, promoting the company's cleaning, pest control and hygiene services, and achieving set sales targets. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, customer-focused and comfortable with field sales, cold calling and business development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Promote and sell the company's cleaning, pest control, hygiene and related services to existing and prospective customers.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, field visits and other sales initiatives.
  
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into customers.
  
• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate cleaning, pest control or hygiene solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and service proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the set timelines.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, prospects and conversions.
  
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide management with updates on sales performance, customer needs and market opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  
• Participate in promotional activities, client meetings, exhibitions and other business development initiatives.
  
• Keep up to date with industry trends, customer preferences and best practices in cleaning, hygiene and pest control services.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 
  
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development or a related role.
  
• Experience in selling cleaning, hygiene, pest control or other facility-related services will be an added advantage.
