Location - Nairobi, Cabanas
- Identify & pursue new B2B opportunities for solar PV, ESS, inverters & hybrid power solutions
- Prospect customers across commercial, industrial, telecom, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, education, NGO & government sectors
- Build relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, consultants, developers & end-users
- Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closure & payment follow-up
- Prepare quotations, proposals & commercial presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitors & upcoming tenders
- Represent the company at industry events & exhibitions
- Maintain CRM records & provide regular sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in renewable energy, solar PV, ESS, electrical products, generators, UPS, or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closure
- Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness with ability to identify customer needs & recommend technical solutions
- Self-motivated, disciplined & able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kenya & East Africa
- Valid driving license is an advantage
