Location - Nairobi, Cabanas

  • Identify & pursue new B2B opportunities for solar PV, ESS, inverters & hybrid power solutions
  • Prospect customers across commercial, industrial, telecom, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, education, NGO & government sectors
  • Build relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, consultants, developers & end-users
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closure & payment follow-up
  • Prepare quotations, proposals & commercial presentations
  • Monitor market trends, competitors & upcoming tenders
  • Represent the company at industry events & exhibitions
  • Maintain CRM records & provide regular sales reports


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in renewable energy, solar PV, ESS, electrical products, generators, UPS, or industrial equipment
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness with ability to identify customer needs & recommend technical solutions
  • Self-motivated, disciplined & able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kenya & East Africa
  • Valid driving license is an advantage
