The Role
We are looking for a warm, confident, and organized Sales Executive to drive revenue and represent the brand with professionalism. In addition to selling, you will handle basic social media engagement — primarily responding to DMs and customer enquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp — ensuring every potential customer feels seen and valued.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Actively engage walk-in, online, and referred customers to drive sales
• Follow up on enquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, pricing, and promotions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Social Media Engagement
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer DMs and comments on Instagram and WhatsApp
• Escalate complex queries or complaints to the appropriate team member
• Maintain the brand’s warm, professional tone in all digital interactions

Customer Experience
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to every customer
• Handle returns, exchanges, and after-sales queries with care and professionalism
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the team

Sales Conversion
  • Leads converted to confirmed purchases
Customer Satisfaction
  • Positive customer interactions and repeat engagement

Social Media Responsiveness
  • DMs and enquiries responded to within agreed timelines

Professionalism & Presentation
  • Consistent brand representation in all interactions
