Job Summary
The Sales Intern is responsible for generating sales through client acquisition, property promotion, and guiding clients through the purchase process. The role focuses on lead generation, conducting site visits, closing sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements
Key Responsibilities;
Property Sales & Client Acquisition
Identify and engage potential clients interested in purchasing plots, homes, or investment properties.
Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.
Guide clients through the property purchasing process and maintain a strong client database for follow-ups and referrals.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Promote property listings through social media, online platforms, and physical marketing channels.
Distribute marketing materials and participate in real estate expos, trade fairs, and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide accurate information on property options, pricing, payment plans, and financing.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support to encourage referrals.
Address client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate property prices and terms with clients to secure sales.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions and closing of deals.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Sales Target Requirement
As a Sales Intern, you will be expected to deliver a minimum sales value of Ksh. 2,000,000 per month. This target will be formally reviewed and confirmed at Ksh. 4,000,000 per month upon successful completion of the probationary period.
